Cancellation Policy

Park Road Spa Reservation & Booking Policy Welcome to Park Road Spa. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our booking and reservation policies below. Online Booking Deposit Policy -All online reservations require a $20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. -Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. -Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. Late Arrival & Appointment Cancellation Policy -Guests are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. -Appointments will automatically be considered a no-show and canceled after 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. -If you are running late, you may reschedule your appointment yourself prior to the 15-minute grace period, by calling to keep your appointment. Please note that appointment rescheduling is subject to availability. If no bookings are available deposit will still not be refunded. -Failure to arrive or reschedule within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the $20 deposit. Rescheduling Policy -Clients may reschedule appointments up to 1 hour prior to their scheduled appointment time, depending on availability. -Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment only if the appointment is rescheduled 1 hour before the cancellation window expires. Additional Information -Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. -By booking an appointment with Park Road Spa, clients acknowledge and agree to these reservation policies. -For booking with a specific specialist, please call to book your appointment.
